Peach Frozen Yogurt:

frozen peach yogurt for 2

1 cup- nonfat plain or low fat yogurt

2-3 tablespoons- peach flavoring( peach schnapps will work)

1 teaspoon- vanilla extract

about 4 cups- peaches, frozen and unsweetened

1/2 - 1 -cups of sugar (try to get superfine sugar)
