Healthy food Spring Salad:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- Crunchy croutons and sunflower seeds (if desired)
- Small box of raisins (strawberry’s and tangerines taste great too)
- Fresh cut tomato, cucumber, and carrots (preferably organic)
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Lemon juice 1 table spoon of extra virgin Olive oil
- Salt n pepper

A Persian favorite, Salad-e Shirazi:
A light and tasty starter. Simply chop tomatoes and cucumbers in bowl, mix with salt-pepper, top with fresh lemon juice, mix in a bowl and refrigerate until cold. Serve and enjoy!
