Turkey Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds ground turkey
• 2 teaspoons of garlic powder / 4 large cloves of garlic (peeled and minced)
• 2 large onions
• 4 tablespoons of corn oil
• 4 teaspoons of chili powder
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 2 15-ounce cans of pinto beans
• 2 cups of frozen corn kernels
• 10 green onions (scallions)
• 2 15-ounce cans of black beans
• 2 (6 ounces) cans of tomato paste
• 2 (14-1/2 ounces) cans of chicken broth
• 2 (14-1/2 ounces) cans of diced tomatoes

I was browsing the web today and I came across a wonderful idea for blogs. I found it while I was checking out other health related blogs. It’s called Cans for Comments; for every comment that is left on my blog or our website healthy food secrets will donate one can of food to a foodbank. Healthy food Spring Salad:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- Crunchy croutons and sunflower seeds (if desired)
- Small box of raisins (strawberry’s and tangerines taste great too)
- Fresh cut tomato, cucumber, and carrots (preferably organic)
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Lemon juice 1 table spoon of extra virgin Olive oil
- Salt n pepper
